Yale Early Admissions Results for the Class of 2027

Yale has released their Early Action admissions results. For the Class of 2027, Yale received 7,744 Early Action applications, its second-largest early application pool. Of that pool, they admitted 776 students, or 10% of applicants. This is the lowest early acceptance rate since Yale’s Early Action program began in 2008. Additionally, another 1,626 applicants were deferred for consideration in the Regular Decision round. 

For the Class of 2026, Yale received 7,288 Early Action applications, lower than this cycle. However, last year they admitted 800 students in the Early Action round, a 10.98% acceptance rate, almost 1% higher than this cycle.
