Dartmouth Class of '27 Early Decision Results

Dartmouth has announced their Early Admissions results. For the Class of 2027, Dartmouth received 3,009 applications, a 14% increase from last year. Of that pool, the university accepted 578 students for an acceptance rate of 19.2%. 

For the Class of 2026, Dartmouth received 2,633 Early Decision applications. They accepted 530 students for an acceptance rate of 20.1%. So we can see from these results that this year’s acceptance rate is down roughly 1% from last year. 

Also of note, this year Dartmouth has revised their financial aid packages, eliminating required loans in aid packages, elimination of required parent contributions from families with an income below $65,000, and they now offer need-blind admissions, only one of seven universities in the country to do so.
