Acceptance Bump & Deferrals: Yale Class of '28 EA Results

Yale has released their Early Action admissions results. For the Class of 2028, Yale accepted 709 students from a pool of 7,856 applications, for an acceptance rate of 11.08%. Additionally, another 20% of applicants were deferred for consideration in the Regular Decision round in the spring. 

For the Class of 2027, Yale received 7,744 Early Action applications, its second-largest early application pool. Of that pool, they admitted 776 students, or 10% of applicants.
